If you have an outstanding loan with us and you've changed your bank account, and therefore your card is no longer working, please email or call us to update your payment information. Avoid default payments to prevent increased costs and negative impacts on your credit score.

Q: How long will my application be in review?

Our review process takes between 2 - 4 ours for applicants who are not approved immediately. On weekends, this may take longer.

Q: Can I get a loan repayment extension?

Q: What are Quick Loans Express opening times?

You can apply for a direct lender payday loan at any time. We process loan applications Sunday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, and all departments are available for phone inquiries from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Q: Do you charge a fee to transfer money to my account?

No – we do not charge a fee for transferring the funds to your account.

We charge no additional fees if you keep to your repayment plan. Like most payday lenders, if you default on repayments, then you pay a one-off £15 default fee and 0.8 per cent interest from then on per day until you have accumulated interest of double the amount you borrowed. However, if you are struggling to make repayments, contact us before you default so we can help you set up an arrangement you can manage.

Q: Can I save money by repaying early?

Yes. But you must always contact us first if you wish to do so.

Q: I need to borrow more, will Quick Loans Express top up my loan?

Regrettably, Quick Loans Express does not provide top-up loans. After you have successfully paid off yourloan, you are welcome to reapply for a second loan. However, please note that the approval process for a second loan will be the same as it was for your original loan.

Q: What is APR? What does it mean for me as a customer?

APR or Annual Percentage Rate represents the cost of the quick loan online over an entire year. Knowing the APR for a loan allows you to easily compare different lenders. The representative APR for Quick Loans Express varies between 690% to 1100%. However, since our cash loans only extend from 3-6 months, it will obviously be considerably less than the representative APR.

Q: Will searching for a loan affect my credit record?

Q: Can I cancel or withdraw from my loan agreement?

You have the right to cancel the loan within 14 days of signing the loan agreement. If you withdraw from the loan agreement, you must repay the money you borrowed and the total interest from the period you had the cash loan . Q: Will I need to submit any extra paperwork?

Not usually. Quick Loans Express operates fully online, and we would hardly ever ask you to submit extra paperwork when you apply for a same day loan . All the essential details needed to make a decision are submitted with your application. However, please be aware that due to recent instruction by our regulators, our underwriters may occasionally ask you to send in supporting paperwork.
